Torsten Kiefer, Director User Experience
Torsten Kiefer, team leader, joined SirValUse at the beginning of 2003. He is a Graduate in Business Management with foci on information management and process optimisation and specialises on user tests of complex web applications, such as eCommerce and eFinance, mobile services and machine-based solutions. Before joining SirValUse, Torsten worked in a software company and the online department of a publishing house.
