
Our client developed a new satellite TV concept for the German market and asked us to gather feedback early in the process. We received graphic screen designs, which we tested e.g. for clear interaction flows and useful functions.
We conducted 10 qualitative 1-to-1 sessions in our lab, each 120 minutes. The participants saw the screens on TV-like monitors, from a normal viewing distance several meters away.
We asked them how they would solve standard tasks like TV set-up, create favorites, rename favorites or change favorite lists.
The study revealed important insights to our client regarding flow design, wordings, utility and requirements in the German market.
