UX Consultant / Study Manager (London)
We as one of Europe's leading UX Research Agency are looking for an ambitious User Experience Consultant / Study Manager to work very self organised in a highly international targeted team.
You will be responsible for organising, conducting and analysing exciting UX projects for one of our largest clients, a popular and exiting international operating company. Also, you will write and carry out briefings, calculate budgets and delegate co-workers and moderators.
We will definitely short-list you if you bring most of the following requirements:
- Solid experience in the User Experience Research branch (at least 4-5 years)
- High level experience of session moderation (1:1 sessions) – and you enjoy moderating!
- Experience in moderating Focus Groups
- Experience with Diary Studies
- Strong e-Commerce expertise and affinity
- High level project management skills
- Fluent English (native speaker)
- Willingness to travel, stress resistant and assertive
- Strong oral presentation as well as versatile writing/communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environment and international teams
- Meticulous attention to details and deadlines
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule to other time zones, if needed
