Our usability labs with their extensive equipment can be designed, if required, as offices or living rooms and offer ideal conditions for usability and user experience testing.
In sum our facilities in Hamburg, Munich, and Beijing provide nine permanently installed usability labs: five in Hamburg, and two in each, Munich and Beijing. We can use all labs of a location in parallel while at the same time observing the tests. At the Hamburg office, for instance, we can thus conduct up to thirty interviews per day.
Maximum flexibility is offered by two mobile Usability Labs, which can be used in Hamburg or, if specific prerequisites are fulfilled at other locations.
In our observation rooms, our project staff monitors and records the test sessions. Our customers are able to view the tests through one-way mirrors.
The unconscious actions and expressions of a test subject when interacting with an interface are important indicators of usability.
Our customers are always welcome to follow the tests live, either on location or on the internet. Through large one-way mirrors you and your development teams are able to see how the users react to the interface.
In our customer conference rooms, with their modern equipment, we provide internet access, beamer and flipchart, so that the findings obtained can immediately be discussed further. On request we will stream the test sessions live via the internet allowing our customers to follow the tests outside of our facilities.
