Usability tests examine the human-machine interface from the user's point of view in each development stage and serve to optimise user interfaces and processes.

Since our establishment in 2000, we have specialised in performing usability tests and have grown into a company with an international reputation for quality and reliability. Currently, we carry out between 20 and 30 projects a month for our customers - this corresponds to roughly 300 separate interviews in our test laboratories. A usability test is one of the most effective and most informative methods of accurately detection of problems with interfaces. Following a usability test, we give our customers detailed recommendations for the optimisation of their interfaces.
