Our participants are recruited after a detailed briefing by our customers because our customers know their users best of all. The selection takes place with due consideration of sociodemographical aspects and other criteria, such as affinity to and experience with the particular products or degree of general utilisation of the platform.
We recruit our participants exclusively by phone and in cooperation with the field departments of large market research companies. We deliberately avoid recruitment via internet pages, advertisements or brochures in order to guarantee a representative sample.

Before the start of the field phase, we check the quota. If a participant does not fulfil the requirements we terminate the interview, if need be, or repeat it with another participant at a later time.
