The test labs with their extensive equipment can be designed, if required, as office or living rooms and provide ideal conditions for usability and user experience testing.
In our observation rooms, our competent usability experts monitor and record the test sessions. Our customers are able to view the tests live on location through one-way mirrors or as a live streaming via the internet.
Maximum flexibility is offered by two mobile Usability Labs, which can be used in addition to our in-house labs or, if specific prerequisites are fulfilled, at other locations.
