Our usability labs with their extensive equipment can be designed, if required, as offices or living rooms and offer ideal conditions for usability and user experience testing.
In sum our facilities in Hamburg, Munich, and Beijing provide nine permanently installed usability labs: five in Hamburg, and two in each, Munich and Beijing. We can use all labs of a location in parallel while at the same time observing the tests. At the Hamburg office, for instance, we can thus conduct up to thirty interviews per day.

We record each test interview with a video camera that captures the facial expressions and gestures of the test subjects. For testing of smaller (e.g. mobile) end devices we use a specially developed camera that is directly mounted on the test product. The small camera films the display without influencing the handling of the users.
In addition to the test labs, each of our locations offers a group discussion room as well as customer rooms equipped with one-way mirrors for observation purposes.
If required, we can use further test labs and group discussion rooms at any place in Germany or worldwide.
We also have two mobile test units which can be used if necessary.
