Audi AG

Audi AG planned a relaunch of all its websites to archive an integrated user experience. SirValUse was assigned to accompany the development of the new site from a user's point of view.

SirValUse carried out basic needs analysis but also regular usability tests to ensure an optimal user experience in a continuous process. Therefore wording, icon, design, information architecture and prototype tests were carried out.

Result Example 1:
In one study we found out that the right hand side navigation was not only often regarded as being more convenient by the users but also led to a higher efficiency using the website after a short learning phase.

Result Example 2:
The icons suggested by the design agency were partly completely not comprehensible for the users. In one-to-one sessions the participants developed new wordings and icons using creative methods.

The benefit for Audi AG first of was the benefit for the users. The clearly increased website visits are evidence for the success of these measures.
