- Focus groups, (online) surveys, field observation, construction of personas, task analysis, design test, wording test, paper prototyping and test on information architecture (e.g. card sorting) in the product definition phase
- Quantitative and hybrid qualitative / quantitative usability tests (n=20-200) and multi-phased comparative quantitative tests with custom usability indices and large samples (usability tracking, usability controlling) as part of general quality assessment
