T-Online
Since 2001, we have been continuously performing User Experience Tests for T-Online. We have tested products and applications in the development process and on live systems. Various methods were used.
The following methods among others were employed in the tests:
- Classic User Experience Testing (prototypes, live systems), in order to describe and optimise the user experience of a product;
- Expert Reviews, in order to assess applications for defined usability criteria in a structured and quick manner;
- Design Testing, in order to obtain feedback from users on design variants;
- Eye Tracking analysis, in order to draw conclusions, via eye movement measurements, about the perception of the users and thus to optimise the product design;
- Field Observations, in order to observe use of products under everyday conditions and to generate ideas for product optimisations;
- Field Testing, in order to give participants the chance to use a product for a fairly long time and thus to provide a well-founded assessment of the item.
